KeeResources announces new appointments

Automotive data provider KeeResources has appointed John Davies as non-executive chairman and David Potts as chief financial officer to its board.
Davies will remain as non-executive chairman of Autologic and a non-executive director of Helphire as well as chairman of the Vehicle Remarketing Association while Potts will move from his position as finance director of Lloyds' asset finance division.
Managing director Denis Keenan said Davies and Potts are "well-known industry figures with an unrivalled breadth of experience in large-scale operations within the banking and finance industryincluding extensive involvement in automotive finance".
He added: "I know they will significantly assist us in driving forward with our ambitious growth strategy over the coming years."
