ACFO has announced that nominations are now open for its annual awards. This year, members are invited to nominate their environmental initiative, fleet safety initiative, and fleet service company of the year. The 2014 awards will also provide members with a chance to vote for the best large and small van, green vehicle of the year, as well as the coveted best fleet car of the year.
The awards will take place at the St Johns Hotel in Solihull on Wednesday 19 November, the same venue that hosted the 2013 event. Ford picked up three awards in 2013, while the Audi A3 was voted ACFO fleet car of the year. Other winners included Vauxhall's Ampera taking the green award, Volvo taking the safety award and Marshall Leasing winning the fleet service company prize.
All members that take the time to vote will be entered into a draw to win a free ticket for this year's bash.
Last year's event celebrated the association's 30-year anniversary and was attended by 250 guests. More information on this year's ceremony can be found at www.acfo.org.
