The start point for the best source of fleet information

Ogilvie and Zenith bag Experteye service awards

Date: 24 March 2014   |   Author: Jack Carfrae

Fleet research specialist Experteye has named the winners of its 2014 fleet awards. Ogilvie Fleet was recognised as providing the best service to fleets of up to 250 for the fourth year in a row and Zenith took the gong for fleets of 250 or more.

Best fleet manufacturer went to BMW, and Skoda bagged the most-improved fleet manufacturer title.

Audi won the best fleet dealer network awards for sales and Mercedes picked up the same prize for its aftersales service. Swansway Group was named best fleet dealer group and Sytner Group won the aftersales award.

Finally, Lex Autolease received the customer innovation award.

The results are made up of independent feedback from fleet customers and drivers as part of its Fleeteye CSI customer satisfaction survey.

Managing director, of Experteye, Rick Yarrow, said: "We see each Experteye award as a highly coveted prize, because to win you need to be truly outstanding. With no judging panel, and no submission process, the facts simply speak for themselves.

"The winners are the companies that top their category based purely on customer and driver feedback. As users of the services offered by these companies, they are the ultimate judges.

"For Ogilvie Fleet to have won the sub-250 fleet award four times in a row is an incredible achievement.

"Each year the company continues to demonstrate an outstanding level of service, which is reflected in the independent feedback we receive from their customers."
