Fleet management provider ARI has been appointed by Travis Perkins to manage its 4000-strong commercial vehicle fleet as well as its 2700 vehicle company car fleet.
The deals will last for four years and will extend what ARI calls a "long-standing" partnership between the two firms.
ARI's multi-bid vehicle and maintenance management programmes will be used within the company car fleet.
"We know that the team at Travis Perkins recognise the investment we are making in our people, processes and technology and we look forward to helping them drive their fleet efficiencies further over the coming four years," said Keith Allen, ARI's managing director in the UK.
"ARI has shown a real commitment to help us in our drive to continually improve our operational efficiency," said Graham Bellman, group fleet director for Travis Perkins.
