Updated Citroën C3 range announced

Date: 22 August 2019   |   Author: Sean Keywood

Citroën has introduced a range update for its C3 supermini.

The new-look range consists of three equipment grades - Feel, Origins and Flair Plus.

Entry-level Feel spec features standard equipment including: 16in alloy wheels, a 7in touchscreen, Apple Carplay and Android Auto connectivity, automatic air conditioning, lane departure warning and a choice of up to four roof colours.

The Origins grade offers a range of exterior styling features, including a black bi-tone roof and an Origins exterior colour pack, along with standard equipment such as autonomous emergency braking, intelligent beam headlights, rear parking sensors and sat-nav.

Additional equipment with the range-topping Flair Plus grade includes an integrated camera system, a leather steering wheel and tinted rear windows.

Along with the spec changes, Citroën also says it has made tweaks to the C3 designed to improve efficiency.

These include installing a high efficiency alternator, an air inlet shutter, hidden underbody panels designed to reduce drag, and low rolling resistance tyres.

Engine options are petrols with 83hp and 110hp, and a 100hp diesel, while depending on engine choice, five-speed and six-speed manual and six-speed automatic transmission are available.

Prices for the updated C3 range start at £15,860 for an 83hp Feel, and rise as high as £20,145 for a 110hp auto Flair Plus.

The updated range is available to order now, with the first deliveries scheduled for late October.
