RELX introduces salary sacrifice scheme with JCT600 VLS

Date: 03 May 2023   |   Author: Sean Keywood

A new EV salary sacrifice scheme for employees of analytics company RELX has been launched with JCT600 VLS.

5,200 employees are eligible for the scheme, and 17% expressed an interest inside the first week.

JCT600 VLS was selected following a tender process, and is said to have worked with RELX to design a scheme in line with the company's pledge to become net-zero by 2040.

The scheme is delivered via the Origo portal, which allows employees to access policy documents, education materials, quotes, and vehicle comparisons, and to place orders based on their individual specification.

RELX senior manager for HR and professional services and FM - global procurement Vanessa Ancill-Griffiths said: "When choosing a partner to deliver our new car scheme it was important for us to not only believe in the solution being provided but also in the people delivering it.

"We spent considerable time with our shortlisted providers to get to know the people we would be working with. JCT600 VLS's people really stood out for us. It was very clear we could trust them to deliver a market-leading solution for our business and employees."

JCT600 VLS head of retail Rebecca Eggington said: "Working with RELX has been an absolute delight. The whole team has been really engaged and committed to creating a scheme tailored exactly to their requirements.

"We have been thrilled by the interest from the RELX employee population to date. We're looking forward to implementing phase two of the scheme and taking it on the road direct to employees."
