Van fleet owners and operators, who increasingly return vehicles loaded with waste and rubbish, face an expensive backlash from firms involved in selling used CVs.
Using a rogues' gallery of vans and pick-ups heavily loaded as though they were heading for a council rubbish tip to illustrate its point, BCA calls on CV sellers to be extra vigilant over what it claims is the growing incidence of waste being "dumped" in returned vehicles.
