Businesses must do more than driver training

ACFO members have been warned that driver training without implementing systematic changes to a business's safety policy have only a short term impact, according to motoring safety expert Tim Marsh.

Speaking at the ACFO conference Marsh, a qualified psychologist and safety expert, claimed that even the best safety training speeches only had an impact for two weeks, after which time drivers returned to their normal habits.
