The start point for the best source of fleet information

The Fuelcard Company signs deal with Tesco

Date: 20 April 2012

The Fuelcard Company has signed a deal with Tesco, making 475 more petrol stations available to users of the firm's Keyfuels card product and extending the network to 1925 available sites for fleet drivers.

The company said the partnership "secures Keyfuels' place as the largest multi-branded fixed-price network in the UK, with drivers able to access diesel at a single fixed price regardless of the advertised retail pump price".

Lee Atkinson, partnership manager at The Fuelcard Company, commented: "This new partnership with Tesco will give fleet drivers with Keyfuels cards access to an extended network of sites. Whether they are travelling on motorways

or through towns and cities, our customers can have peace of mind knowing that there is a filling site within reach."

He continued: "With the price of fuel reaching record highs, we are trying to give our customers as much help as we can. By guaranteeing a weekly fixed price across the whole Keyfuels network, our customers won't have any nasty surprises when it comes to paying for their fuel at the pump.

"Businesses receive a weekly price notification via email or text confirming their fuel price for the following week so they're able to plan ahead."
