Renault Megane facelifted

Date: 17 September 2013

Renault has facelifted its lower medium Megane to bring its looks in line with more recent launches such as the Clio and Zoe models.

Arriving in the UK next spring, the Megane Hatch, Coupe and Sport Tourer all get the new bumper, vent grilles and bonnet bearing the significantly more prominent Renault badging.

The headlamps are also revised and now contain daytime running lights that run along the outer edges of the bumper, and the interior benefits from Renault's R-link multimedia system.

The Megane will also become the first Renault to have the EDC automatic transmission on the 130hp petrol engine.
