Speedy boosts electric fleet to 10

Speedy Hire has added six electric vehicles to its fleet, taking the total up to 10.
The tool hire firm is using the Modec vehicles at sites in Manchester and at Heathrow airport.
Speedy's four original battery-powered Modecs had been used to make deliveries in London.
Mark Turnbull, a director at Speedy, said the Modecs are part of an initiative that has enabled the company to reduce emissions by 12% over the past five years.
