1car1 to enter administration

Daily rental broker 1car1 is expected to formally enter administration later today.

The firm's 700 staff across 95 locations were warned last week that the business run by Local Contract Hire & Leasing Ltd was in trouble.

According to the 1car1's website the business is still trading normally, with the company proclaiming: "1car1 prides itself on being able to offer low-cost vehicle rental across the world.

"1car1 offers fantastic rates on a wide range of vehicles from small economy vehicles to luxury cars, MPV and vans."
