The start point for the best source of fleet information

Board shuffle at Zenith Provecta

Date: 11 November 2010

Zenith Provecta has promoted Andrew Cope from managing director to executive chairman as the firm focuses on future growth following Morgan Stanley Private Equity's decision in August to acquire a 60% stake in the business.

Cope's successor is Tim Buchan, who steps up from his previous role as group operations director, having been with the company for five year.

In an addition to the management team, former Citroen marketing director Ian Hughes has joined the top 20 leasing firm as commercial director. Completing the board restructure is the new business development director Ben Creswick, stepping up from his previous role of head of business development.

"The last few months have been a very exciting time for Zenith Provecta," said Cope. "The Morgan Stanley deal, announced in the summer, is now complete, and the new management structure will enable the company to continue to grow while maintaining our focus on providing excellent customer service as a leading fleet funding and consultancy company.'

Zenith Provecta has had a busy 2010. As well as the Morgan Stanley deal, it singed a deal in May to supply contract hire, vehicle funding and fleet management services to banking giant Santander's business customers, and it has also been establishing itself as a salary sacrifice pioneer.
