Saab confirms Paul Adler as new fleet boss

Date: 13 April 2010

Adler: Leasing firms happy with Saab's approach

Saab has confirmed that former Vauxhall fleet marketing boss Paul Adler is to take the role of the newly independent firm's head of fleet sales.

Saab was recently acquired from General Motors by Dutch car manufacturer Spyker, and will consequently be moving out of Vauxhall's Luton headquarters.

"We're delighted to welcome Paul to the Saab team," said Saab GB boss Jonathan Nash. "Paul brings a wealth of experience of the motor industry and, in particular, the important fleet market.

"Saab has a clear plan for 2010 and beyond and we need the right people to help us achieve our ambitions," he said. "I think this move endorses the industry view that Saab is back in 2010 and is serious about the fleet market."

Adler joined Vauxhall in 1992 and has worked in both the marketing and fleet teams.
