ING appoints director of sales

ING Car Lease has appointed Mark Cubbon as director of sales as it gears up for further growth in the UK.
Cubbon has held senior management posts in financial services and leasing for the last 14 years and was formerly head of business development at Lex Autolease.
He now steps into the role vacated by Paul Ormerod who emigrated to Australia this year.
Cubbon's priorities will include developing new business, continuing ING's growth in the public sector and focusing on areas such as fleet finance and salary sacrifice schemes.
He said: "ING Car Lease is a business with a great reputation in the industry and I jumped at the chance to join the team that is really focused on service, quality and innovating in the fleet market."
