ACFO launches new website

Date: 17 April 2013   |   Author: Jack Carfrae

ACFO has launched a new website with a series of new tools designed to promote the organisation and offer better services to members.

It has a series of interactive features that enable members to contact each other more easily to discuss industry issues, and includes news as well as a calendar that provides details of upcoming functions and enables users to create their own events diary.

There is also a series of documents with information on legislation and past reports.

Developed by marketing agency JJ, the new website follows the firm's takeover of ACFO's secretariat role.

ACFO hopes the move will serve to attract new members. Chairman Julie Jenner said: "The website is a key communication channel for members and is the first of a series of new initiatives designed to further increase membership.

"JJ. will also be responsible for the creation of an efficient customer relationship management programme. With comprehensive data about the members, what they are doing and what their key interests and concerns are we can make ACFO even more relevant and that, we believe, will also trigger further growth."
