The start point for the best source of fleet information

Honda Civic Tourer revealed

Date: 23 August 2013   |   Author: Jack Carfrae

The Honda Civic Tourer is expected to emit less than 100g/km

Honda has pulled the wraps off the final version of its Civic Tourer estate.

Seen in near production-ready guise at the Geneva motor show in March, the latest and definitive model will be unveiled at September's Frankfurt motor show.

Targeted at the fleet market, the Tourer will be available with the firm's latest 1.6-litre i-DTEC diesel engine and a 1.8-litre i-VTEC petrol unit with manual and automatic transmissions.

Emissions and economy have yet to be confirmed but figures of less than 100g/km and well in excess of 60mpg are expected from the diesel.

Boot space with the rear seats in place will total a hefty 624 litres and 1668 litres when they're folded flat. The Tourer will also feature a rear adaptive damper system, which Honda claims is the first of its type on a production car and will allow the driver to toggle between normal, comfort and dynamic settings.
