Coventry-based TR Fleet, which launched in April 2010, has moved to new premises in Berkswell and plans to recruit more staff this year.
The company offers services including fleet consultancy, fleet policy advice and supply chain management services to deliver cost savings for businesses.
It also offers grey fleet management support, ensuring schemes comply with the legislative framework, including health and safety laws.
Having outgrown its head office in Crewe, TR Fleet has opened a fleet office in Berkswell and plans to take on four more staff to bring its workforce up to 13.
TR Fleet's managing director Julie Boyd, who is the Midlands regional chairman of the Association of Car Fleet Operators, has recently launched DriveSecure, a risk management package for employers, which includes annual driving licence checks, tailored risk assessments and stress management tools and uses e-learning courses to protect employers and high risk drivers.
Boyd is now conducting a market review of car salary sacrifice and is planning to unveil another new product in June that will incorporate employee benefits.
