1 What was your first job?
I was a shop assistant in our family business - a traditional men's outfitters.
2 What was your first company car?
A Vauxhall Astra.
3 What did you listen to on your last car journey?
The Chimp Paradox (an audio book by Prof Steve Peters).
4 What one thing do you wish you could do better?
5 What's your biggest achievement?
Being under-18 Cornwall Golf County Champion.
6 Who are your role models?
My mum, footballer Steven Gerrard, Nelson Mandela and business management author Tom Peters.
7 What's the stupidest thing you've done?
I managed to write-off a new Vauxhall Omega after turning off the traction control.
8 What was the most hotly debated topic at your last meeting?
Deciding who to award 'Salesperson of the Year' and what to include in a forthcoming customer survey.
9 What's in your garage?
A VW Touraeg, old pushchairs, wine, cots and our children's bikes.
10 What's the worst thing about your job?
Usually, it's trying to find a parking space.
11 What one law would you make or change?
I would get rid of all 'stealth taxes' and replace them with a single, new income tax.
12 What keeps you awake at night?
New ideas on how to grow the Leaseplan Go fleet.
13 Who is your ideal celebrity date?
Actress Jennifer Anniston.
