Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions has appointed Robert Wastell as divisional managing director.
The role is a newly created one and Wastell will be responsible for running the firm's car operations, reporting to CEO Simon Oliphant.
Wastell's previous roles include sales director at Lex Vehicle Leasing, consulting businesses and running comparecontracthire.com.
Wastell said of his appointment: "I am delighted to be joining Hitachi Capital Vehicle Solutions at such an exciting time for the company.
