The start point for the best source of fleet information

Ogilvie wins fleet CSI award

Date: 11 April 2012

Ogilvie Fleet has been named the UK's top leasing and fleet management company for service to customers in 2012 for fleet operators with 25 to 250 vehicles.

The award from Experteye, which Ogilvie has won for the second consecutive year, is based on results obtained through 2011 from its post-sale customer-satisfaction survey.

Nick Hardy, sales and marketing director of Ogilvie Fleet, which now has almost 11,000 vehicles on its books, said: "Recognition through the Fleeteye CSI survey gives Ogilvie Fleet huge credibility in an industry in which excellent customer service is key."

Last year's Fleeteye CSI survey saw Alphabet conquer the 500-plus vehicles sector, while ING Car Lease won the 250 to 500 category. However, these awards have not been announced this year with Experteye managing director Rick Yarrow explaining that the firm is changing the way the survey works, and fair comparable results were currently "not easy to get" in these sectors.
