ACFO: election of revised board at AGM

Date: 13 May 2013   |   Author: Jack Carfrae

ACFO's new board of directors is to be decided at the organisation's AGM at Rockingham race circuit in Northants on Thursday.

The six-strong board has two vacant places, created by the completion of Julie Jenner's stint as chairman and the absence of Brian Ingham, who has stepped down as a director.

Jenner, key solutions manager for GE Capital, is standing for

re-election to the board of directors, contesting with new applicants Julie Summerell, MD of TR Fleet, and Richard Baird, head of new business development at Marshall Leasing.

The 2013/2014 chairman will be elected from the new board at the first ACFO directors' meeting after the AGM. A date for this has yet to be confirmed but it is expected to take place in June.
