Skoda launches low-CO2 Greenline

Date: 05 March 2008

Fabia Greenline

Skoda has announced that the first of its new low-emitting superminis, the Fabia GreenLine, will be on the roads from 21 April.

With CO2 emissions of 109g/km and a claimed fuel economy of 69mpg, the GreenLine technology brings an improvement of 11g/km and 8mpg over the standard 1.4-litre diesel Fabia.

Changes include replacing the spare wheel with a puncture repair kit, adding side panels and raising the front bumper by 35mm.

The car will be further distinguished by GreenLine decals and will cost £11,590 and £12,140 for the hatch and estate versions respectively.
