Seat opens fleet business centre
16 March 2010
Seat has opened a national business centre in Swindon as it strives to become a bigger fleet player.
The new facility, designed to work as an extension to the Seat UK fleet and business field sales team and dealer network, has been established to further improve customers' experience of dealing with the brand.
The carmaker said the centre would offer "a first class level of customer service while developing relationships with both new and existing clients".
Offering phone and online support, the new centre is also designed to make Seat's fleet and business sales operation easily accessible.
Providing everything from brochures, pricing information and technical data to sales meeting appointments and demonstrator bookings, the investment in the new business centre is another indication of the brand's renewed focus on its fleet operations, said Seat.
UK national fleet sales manager Sally Livingstone said: "The opening of our new fleet business centre is another major step forward for our fleet and business operation.
"Our customers are, of course, our top priority and I firmly believe that this important investment should significantly enhance their experience in dealing with the team here at Seat."
