The start point for the best source of fleet information

TCH Leasing prefer Auto Windscreens

Date: 02 December 2013   |   Author: Will Stretton

Fleet management firm TCH Leasing announced a partnership with Auto Windscreens as the glass supplier for its entire rental fleet.

As part of the new agreement, TCH Leasing will benefit from the glass firm's nationwide repair workforce and contact centre, where Auto Windscreens advisers will receive calls for the fleet company and handle the various automotive glazing repairs and replacements.

"Auto Windscreens' team has an admirable determination and desire to succeed," said Mark Hammond, managing director of TCH Leasing. "We always receive a good service and feel they share the same core principles as our business."

This is the second large-scale fleet contract secured by Auto Windscreens recently, following Ogilvie Fleet's similar announcement earlier this month. However, Auto Windscreens and TCH have worked together since 2011, with the leasing company revealing that AW's continued loyalty, optimum service levels and competitive pricing were the main reasons for their partnership.

"Our aim is to manage fleet glass requirements by taking control of the process from end-to-end, giving both fleet managers and end customers peace of mind," said Joy Cooper, sales director at Auto Windscreens.

"An emphasis on minimising vehicle downtimes through speed and efficiency of the glass repair process has been paramount in fine-tuning our solution, which is tailored to each company's needs."
